Regional Manager duties include daily interaction with the Deputy and
Project Managers, Contracts, Base Commanders at various bases, prime
contracts, prime managers and CENTCOM senior staff. The allocation or
reallocation of staff to provide mission support. Interaction with Task
Force Biometrics (TBCA) for the placement or upgrading of BATS and CENTRIX
systems. Weekly discussions with Exelis headquarters regarding cost
analysis, contract projections, departmental staffing goals and vetting of
applicants.
Manage the operational, training (Safety and Security) and administrative
functions of a department in charge of processing applicants that require:
biometric collection/enrollments and investigations. Investigations consist
of but are not limited to standard intelligence collections similar to:
HUMINT, CI and other similar Federal and DOD agencies. Investigations
include the gathering of all pertinent data and focus on Counter Terrorism
in South West Asia, Asia and Eastern Europe. Data is collected, analyzed,
corroborated and briefed to military oversight. Information is then passed
on to appropriate DOD, DOS and Federal agencies.
Collect, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence information for
CENTCOM/USFOR-A: Investigate activities of collaborationists, sympathizers
or other specified personnel known or suspected to have knowledge or record
of intelligence information. Interview suspects, informants, and witnesses
while conducting investigations to obtain information pertaining to
activities, such as actual, attempted, sedition, subversion, espionage, and
sabotage. Conduct security surveys and inspections of installation,
activities, and personnel. Evaluate information obtained and recommend
remedial action. Conduct security briefings for senior base personnel. Plan
and coordinate activities with local counterintelligence agencies and
teams.
American-Iraqi Solutions Group, Iraq (July 2004 to August 2006)
Senior logistics Coordinator/Business and Development: Developed, proposed
and managed construction, life support, satellite internet, and security
business opportunities. Reported directly to the Vice President on the
development, planning and implementation of various projects that included:
life support (LSS) for Mosul Iraqi Police (MPSA) training academy, LSS BIAP
Area 4 (Special Forces Training Center), LSS and Convoy Support East Camp
Fallujah. Estimated gross value of these projects was 5.2 million monthly.
I conducted site surveys for various business opportunities throughout
Iraq. Surveys included: installation and security assessment, SOW/SOP
discussions with site managers and contractors office representative (COR)
and other mission specific tasks as required.
Security Manager and Analyst: Managed and created various facets of
security operations for the company and its outlying employees working at
various Iraqi, Kurdish and US Forces installations. Directed by Senior Vice
President to create, bid and install the headquarters Security Operations
Center (SOC). SOC gathered, analyzed and produced reports local and
national threat postures and monitored all outside the wire movements.
Routinely coordinated with various battle space commands in the Iraqi
theater. HUMINT gathering was conducted in the field and used to build a
real time and long term scope of local and regional threats to US, Iraqi
and company resources. Prepared and briefed intelligence reports and
SIGACTS for senior camp managers, senior military staff, base commanders
and President of the company. Wrote, proposed and instituted the base
access control policies for the company compound and MPSA Mosul, Iraq.
Identified the security/base access deficiencies and created the first
badge installation access identification system for MPSA Mosul and the
Kurdish outpost.
Utilized information gathered from SOC as well as other various independent
open source means to screen over 1500 of the companies HCN/TCN requesting
employment and access to various installations in Baghdad and Mosul during
the initial stand-up of the locations. Positions screened for included:
DFAC, logistics, linguistics, labor, security, carpentry, water, and
electrical services.
PSD and Convoy Commander: Baghdad, Fallujah, Mosul and Kingdom of Jordan.
In charge of various missions that provided high-threat close protection
security for high-profile (VIP) clients, supply distribution and site
surveys.

Security Forces NCO: Managed, supervised and performed force protection
duties, including use of deadly force to protect personnel and resources.
Protected nuclear and conventional weapons systems and other resources.
