Claims Avoidance and Management. Design and implement construction claims consciousness and avoidance
program. A proactive, preventative and non -adversarial approach to managing project disputes and claims.
Project Feasibility/site analysis. Project feasibility/site analysis includes technical feasibility, preliminary
economic feasibility, infrastructure availability, potential environmental impacts and mitigation, preliminary

impact studies and documents such as environmental assessments and environmental impact statements. Plan
and hold scope and follow up meetings with regulatory agencies.
