Career Goals: I am currently looking for a Part-time/ Fulltime position as a Nursing Assistant. I
am able to work day time hours with weekend and holiday shifts. On the weekends I am, also,
available on the pm shift.
Education: I am currently a UW transfer student, now enrolled at the Fox Valley Tech in the
LPN program. I have taken a renewal course of the Nursing Assistant program I have passed
state boards, on March 12, 21014. I am now a licensed certified nursing assistant. I am certified
in CPR/ AED through the American Red Cross. I have, also, taken the Medical Terminology
class at the Fox Valley Tech.

Work History: I have experience working in a long term care facility. I worked as a CNA for
Helena Community Center. I worked in the laundry department at Oshkosh Care Center, where I
had contact with the residents. I also, volunteered at Oshkosh Care Center to help feed and care
for the residents, when help was needed. I have recently done my clinical work at Evergreen
Care Center from September to October on multiple shifts.
