I have 20+ years of experience in Customer Service Call Centers. I was able

to manage teams of 30+employees through coaching and development to ensure

quality and professionalism for our Customers. Daily tasks consisted of

reporting all team stats to ensure team and individual achievement of daily

goals. I was selected by upper management to assist with several projects

such as: campaigns, Spanish Service Tickets, Zero to 90 projects, OCC, Esd

queues. I've also participated as acting manager for the week to run the

department and to be accountable for our numbers. My first priority was to

make sure the customer was taken care of. Being with Liberty for 12+ years
