* I was responsible for the HIM production ROI build for the
ambulatory sites within the Sutter Health network covering the
North Bay and South Bay areas that went live in production August
2012. Build included system level configurations for ROI service
areas, Fee schedules, Save to File settings, printer/fax mappings,
requester imports, workbench report builds, HIM build
documentation, coordinated employee security builds for each area,
participated in HIM workgroups with HIM leaders for workflow
changes, trained HIM leaders on ROI module, and coordinated all
HIM efforts related to HIM build.
* Modified and updated training material and HIM simulators from
version 2009 to 2010 to include additional functionality and
credentialed trainers within the ROI module.

types, scanning and transcription matrix imports into Epic, CT

Grouper setup.
* Loaded 3M coding software along with Core Grouper software into
Test/Production servers. Interfaced 3M with Epic through Citrix.
