ACHIVEMENTS

. For cost savings Non corrosive areas Butterfly valve seat of PTFE

replaced with Synthetic rubber seat.

. Hydraulic cylinder Rod seal damages more than usual so chrome

coating done and cost savings achieved as well as reducing

downtime.

. Heat exchanger of hyd. Powerpack temp. rising occasionally so FD

fan remove and ID fan installed.

. On High vibrating area for Hydraulic equipment Ferule connection

was replaced with welded line for reducing oil leakage and

consumption.

. Dynamic balancing of off gas fan done with three point balancing

method successfully.

. Cost reduction was made by online welding (with normalizing) of off

gas fan shaft.

. Hydraulic pump and proposional valve life increase by providing

recommendate filtration having high beta ratio.

. Frequent Failure of Bearing problem (Due to wrong/Improper prefix)

solved.

. Design of Returnline Header changed and chocking problem solved.
