The IT Service Continuity Management team focuses on providing the processes by which IT

Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans are developed and implemented to ensure

continuous delivery of Navy Federal services. The goal is to support the overall business

continuity process by ensuring that the required IT technical and service facilities including

Position: - QA Lead / Project Coordinator

SEAM (Scoring Environment for Account Management) system generates credit scores that are

used as a predictor of response and attrition at Account stage, Marketing stage, and Application

stage. The data is processed and loaded onto Teradata database. These model scores include data

from both the SPSS based Clementine system and the SAS statistical models that are produced

for account management scoring of accounts for various factor.

All the models were successfully executed, new models were working as expected, parameter

files were created in the correct format and placed in the exact location as per the code, model

scores were generated and loaded on to Teradata tables

Live Bureau: This system is a powerful online marketing tool which drives a big volume of

New Accounts booked. The intent of this project was to further expand the prequalification rates

and also expand the usage of the tool via different channels. The current capability at Experian

has significant issues with scalability and stability that required to re-platform at Acxiom and

ZOOT. The Live Bureau solution replaced the business with more robust capabilities for

expansion of online pre-qualified marketing into new channels and pre-qualifies a larger

population with greater accuracy.

transfer functionality. GPP was used to initiate, manage and control funds transaction

settlements. All components of GPP were successfully installed and were able to receive/process

and provide funds transaction movement with depositories. GPP has successfully integrated with

Fannie Mae?s existing system and Technology teams have incorporated usage of GPP within new

Business processes.
