renewal of Construction agreements.
Attend calls from proponents on matters pertaining to the bid process.
Follow up with subcontractors the prompt delivery of report, invoices
and policies.
Prepare the corresponding letters for Patents and Municipal Taxes and
follow up on payment.
Assist in preparing documents with information regarding the Schools
under the Modernization Programs, for different activities attended by
the Executive Director.

Project Coordinator
Liaison between Central Office and Field Offices in construction
projects such as Bahía Beach Resort and Golf Club, Cosmopolitan
Condominium, Sheraton Puerto Rico Convention Center Hotel,
Mansiones de los Artesanos and Las Fuentes de Coamo. Settle disputes
before they reach the Executive Vice President.
Coordinate maritime cargo with freight forwarders for the delivery of
tools and fabricating material to the job site; also coordinate hotel
accommodations, plane tickets and housing for visiting subcontractors’
employees.
Follow up with suppliers the prompt delivery of materials, furniture,
fixtures and equipments.
In charge of processing subcontractor’s payment request and assuring
payment are made on time.
Purchasing agent. Interview new and existing suppliers and make
recommendations for contracting. Purchase all office equipment and
negotiate with suppliers. Control and monitor all maintenance calls.
Documents and Contracts Control using AIA platform. Follow up with
subcontractors to assure all insurance requirements are in place and
updated. Keep record of due dates and give notice to subcontractors to
maintain their policies in force.
Human Resources responsibilities. Conduct interviews for clerical
positions and advice on best candidates. Training of new employees on
corporate guidelines and fill out necessary documentation for
employment.
Customer Service. Coordinate and buy materials for a crew of 6 labors
to attend the service calls for repair in projects already delivered as Las
Casitas II, Fairlakes III, Palmas Plantation, Mansiones de los Artesanos
and Mansiones de los Cedros.
Prepare Construction Progress Reports for the firm’s partners as well as
banking institutions, conducting monthly visits to the projects,
interviewing constructions managers and taking photographs of the
construction progress.
Visual and graphic arts presentations to the Board of Directors and
financial presentations to the banks. Research and develop marketing
tools, empathizing in the environmental consciousness on the

construction of Bahía Beach Resort and Golf Club to prospects owners
and government agencies.
