learned a lot at this time in my life about Customer Service, helping and caring for the public and handling
money and being accurate in figures and amounts. I learned how to enter loan payments, make bank deposits,
tag and title rules and regulations and how to handle adverse customer situations.
Packaging Manager Lafayette
Borders Unlimited - May 2011 to June 2013
GA. I had to keep track of outgoing orders and collect them from the Warehouse and decide the amount and
size of boxes that they should be placed in. I also had to manage the pallets to be shipped, Incoming deliveries
to the warehouse, and organize the urgency of each order. I had to keep track of each of these categories of
shipping and shipments using a computer database server stationed at the home office. Product information,
MSDS sheets and bills of lading were kept on file as well as all shipment tracking.
Chattem Inc - Chattanooga, TN - March 2009 to October 2010
Process line temporary packager Chattanooga, TN. During my time here I worked on an assembly line were
I checked labels, cleaned product bottles, peeled old labels to be repaired and ensure structural integrity of
product tubes and packages. I was a temporary worker at this job and my job tenure had ended.
Sandwich Maker
Subway - Chattanooga, TN - January 2007 to March 2009
and Summerville, GA locations I learned a lot about working with the public and how to compose myself in a
high demanding atmosphere. I made sandwiches, cleaned, prepared breads and vegetables. I also ran the
cash register and learned a lot about taking money and making deposits. I learned how to provide customer
service and how to manage other employees.
