• Work directly with multiple loan officers, handling various loan application verifications

processes.

• Interface with property appraisers to secure appraisals and risk analysis documentation.

Loan Administration Manager (06/08 to 06/12)

• Managed daily activities and operations of processing teams who supported sales nationally.

• Responsible for average pipeline of 300 plus loans within the site, and 50-60 closings per

month.

• Monitor, Audit and Manage daily pipeline in areas such as welcome calls, closing dates,

suspended loans, appraisals, pre-quals, final pull through, recons, aged loans, etc.

• Managed and responsible for Joint Venture teams which was a collaboration between Wells

Fargo and various other mortgage companies to process and close their renovation loans

within Wells Fargo and their own company guidelines

• Responsible for performance of team member in monthly goals, coaching, training

• Responsible for loans closing within the team are compliant with all bank, program and

government guidelines.

• Meet regularly with management staff to discuss new objectives and improve efficiencies

(daily with site management, bi-weekly with division management)
