Digital Post Australia is a joint venture between Computershare and Zumbox as well as the first online digital post for Australian
consumers. The focus of this position is the continual improvement of the user experience, performance and warranty of the
underlying platform whilst eliminating barriers to sales and customer acquisition through agile & strategic product development.
Key Achievements:
● Developed a substantial client base of 800+ through the implementation of successful sales and solution strategies and tools
● Directly managed Digital Post development team consisting of local & offshore developers (Java, UI, QA, System
Administrators) utilizing agile development processes (XP / Scrumban)
● Within just 6 months, I was able to successfully localize (localise) an existing US technology platform, initially
responsible for commercial & warranty negotiations, I lead the solution architecture and cross-functional management and
leadership of the product and development teams in the USA and Australia. As a result, the live platform was delivered
ahead of the due date and within budgetary requirements. In addition, the platform was live with customers 8 months before
its closest competitor.
● Integrated Australia’s largest mailhouse/communications channel providers into the Digital Post Australia platform; this
core integration schema was capable of integrating 95%+ of potential clients without client-performed integration work,
providing a compelling procurement solution for Australia’s leading billers.
● Specified, designed and managed the development of all upgrades, customizations, and enhancements to the DPA platform
within time and budgetary requirements.
● Designed and executed complete overhaul of DPA mobile applications (iOS / Android) resulting in a vastly improved user
experience for consumers and providing a solution to increase client uptake.
