Overseen all aspects of Swedwood’s only manufacturing facility in the United States. This Greenfield project

is a 1,000,000 square foot RTA furniture manufacturing facility with an initial investment of $120 million.

Responsible for staffing, training, construction and all other aspects i n assuring the manufacturing, financial

and direct delivery to all North American IKEA stores are met.

Current facility has over 450 salaried and hourly employees.

American Woodmark Corporation

May 2000 – December 2006

Launched and coordinated new $36 million manufacturing facility start-up achieving superior results

within the first 6 months of operation with record productivity.

All objectives met on time and under budget.

Responsible for managing all aspects and operations of a 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility with a

140-person staff.

Developed and implemented facility operational and Capital budgets. All projects started on time and under

budget; meeting or exceeding all company goals.

Oversee the manufacturing of 120,000 component parts daily and manage the supply chain of product to

various assembly facilities on a timely basis.

covering a 3 shift operation, with 160 hourly employees and a supervisory staff consisting of department
