Started my own marketing/public relations/advertising/brand development, and management consulting
firm and was profitable in my first year.
Re-hired in 2010 by Chick-fil-A for a one-year consulting contract to mentor the youngest Operator,
which concluded with him being awarded a $3-million free standing unit.
Have worked for hundreds of companies from Fortune 50 to small businesses across the gamete of
product lines on a consultant basis for sales and brand management and re-branding, including creation
and implementation of new marketing and advertising campaigns (print, radio, television, and social
media).
Designed, coached, trained and implemented new employee morale and reward programs.
Developed several new brands from scratch: from conception of the idea to the writing of a business plan

Won “Symbol of Success,” the highest honor for a Chick-fil-A store, both years. One of less than ten
stores nationwide (out of approximately 1,500) to win the award in successive years.
Improved results including customer count check average and outside sales every quarter during tenure.
Responsibilities:
Organized, managed and directed all marketing efforts, advertising and communications, media relations
and special events for store, and entire surrounding marketing areas.
Managed all media and community relations.
Initiated and nurtured numerous lasting partnerships with local businesses, professional athletic

Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
One of the first three female executives ever hired in the United States by PepsiCo.
Managed restaurant/fountain sales division in Manchester, NH and Boston, MA area.
Accountable for division sales, budget and all corporate accounts in territory.

Worked in both the retail/can division and the restaurant/fountain division managing a district office of
8-10 employees.
Trained in every department as a District Manager Trainee, from the warehouse to public relations and
helped launch the PepsiCo sponsored 1st retail product tie-in, the video release of the movie “E.T.”
Highly recruited by PepsiCo from Labatt’s Breweries, Inc., in Toronto, Canada, after completing a
highly selective six month internship. Was one of 23 interns selected from a pool of 2000 applicants
nationwide, and awarded the coveted Toronto East Area and Brand Manager for Schooner Beer.
Also chosen to be part of the Marketing Team to introduce the Budweiser brand for the first time to
Canadians, and beer in a can for the first time.
Responsible for Labatt’s Live Summer Concert Series, Summer Regatta Series, Charitable Golf
Tournaments with the Toronto Blue Jays, shooting of Nike/Labatt’s Commercial with Eugene Levy, and
Co-Producer of Labatt’s Live Comedy Quest Nationwide Competition for the Best Stand-Up Comedian.
