Directed warehouse fleet maintenance functions to ensure timely delivery
of a constant flow of frozen foods for order fulfillment and inventory
replenishment to more than 300 stores: Involved with preventive
maintenance and repairs of 217 tractors and 675 trailers comprised of
refrigerated and dry vans, including daily maintenance of 28 tractors
domiciled at this location's fleet garage.
. Oversaw a $3M operating budget for labor and parts used for maintenance

range of tobacco, candy, and spice products: Personally restructured the
warehouse to improve its capacity through the addition of a second floor
mezzanine. Created and managed the annual budget.
