employees). Developed Employee Handbook, Insured Health and Welfare Benefit

& Retirement Savings Plans, HR Policies & Procedures Manual, conducted all

Employee Processing and New Hire Employment Sessions and recruited

Executive Committee Management.

NHH HOTELS AND RESORTS, Philadelphia PA 2008-2013

Hotel ownership/management company comprised of four first-class hotels

with 800 rooms located in Pittsburgh, Pa., Atlanta, Ga., Las Vegas, NV.,

and Lake Tahoe, NV. Employment: 280 employees with 45 salaried exempt

General Manager /Director of Human Resources of CalNeva Resort Spa Casino

April, 2009 - Sept. 20, 2013

200 Room historic, Landmark Hotel located on Lake Tahoe, Crystal Bay, NV.

Total revenues $4.2 million; employee base 75 team members. Employee

Retention 2012: 75%. Handled overall human resource administration,

employee relations, performance management, HRIS Systems, Executive

Recruitment of management and hourly team members, training and succession

plans, guidance and support to departmental managers in management of their

workforces, conducted Monthly All Employee Meetings. Net loss turnaround

$1.2 million. Team achieved a Flex of 114% YTD 2012. Total Property Revenue
