• Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis to the group. Recommended courses of action in streamlining expense and provided guidance in leveraging capital and resources.

• Partnered with 3rd party consultant in overhauling HR financial system for forecasting, open requisition and termination process. Improved accuracy of headcount forecasting from 75% to 95%.

• Developed a real time financial model that takes pricing, macro-economic trends and industry specific metrics as variables into a monthly revenue and expense forecast for the debit and credit card industry. This model is the current standard that is being used in our annual $500M revenue and $250M expense forecast.

• Prepared financial business plans for key short term and long range initiatives for client segmentation and new product penetration. Many products under my supervision have been mention in quarterly earnings report as key initiatives for the future.

• Wrote an interactive client ROI tool that engaged the customer in working with the sales person in understanding their current portfolio and benefits of signing with Fiserv. This tool is estimated to have generated $1.5M in total contract value

since it was placed in service at the end of 2010 with 3 sales representatives utilizing the tool, full roll out to entire sales force in Q3 of 2011 has since generated an additional $3.0M in sold contracts annually.

• Spearheaded pricing strategy discussion and introduced real time financial workbook process for new deals and renewals to combat price compression yet maintain profitability and margins. This workbook and process has generated over $250M in total contract value the last 5 years.

• M&A valuation experience in 1-2 companies annually. Built pro forma models based on many variables: (ie: assumed operational synergies, leveraged headcount possibilities, incremental revenue opportunities, potential product cannibalism, market penetration, contractual obligations, SLA agreements, vendor analysis etc). Utilized different valuation techniques (ie: DCF/FCF/EVA) to yield a valuation range and purchase price.
