Directed the development, testing and implementation of a series of process improvements that that

$6.2 billion in investments. After responding to a comprehensive audit by both the Office of Budget

Senior operations and sales executive responsible for a $9 million budget, including managing 6 direct
reports with multiple divisions.
Analyzed, projected, and contracted with suppliers for commodities in 8 product categories made up
of more than 700 items that accounted for more than 70% of total sales. This included supplies
sourced from the US, Canada, Mexico and China.
Developed and executed an ERP technology that lead to a 65% cost reduction per transaction and
other efficiencies that decreased other payroll costs with a payback of less than 2 years. It also
