Managed a staff of staff of twelve and a $3 million dollar budget in the

strategic design and implementation of corporate-wide projects including

performance management, succession planning, total rewards, Oracle HRIS,

policy design, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, and relocation.

. Assisted in the design and implementation of global HR initiatives,

including staffing, recruitment systems, employee relations,
