• Lead the implementation of transitioning content management processes between legacy Treasury Automated Correspondence
Tracking system and new Clearance Tracker platform, and advise senior Treasury Department officials on correspondence and
records management issues.
• Created and implemented new database and procedures for processing general public correspondence, organizing cases and tasking
over 16,000 documents to different policy offices annually.
• Manage over 2,000 incoming electronic correspondence requests from the White House annually; coordinate dissemination and
delivery to Treasury’s Making Home Affordable Program; and track outgoing Treasury responses.
• Serve as Treasury Department liaison for approximately 500 draft legislative materials between the Office of Management and
Budget and Treasury Department policy offices and bureaus annually.
