services for each client project.
• Successfully established multiple "National Supply Agreements" with key material suppliers, which will result
in $750K annual savings.
• Established "material management / receiving" program that enables Tepsco to pay supplier invoices two to
three weeks earlier, thereby invoicing and receiving payment from its client weeks earlier.
• Redrafted all subcontract templates with company legal counsel, which has increased internal subcontract
productivity while mitigating risk to the fullest legal extent possible.
• Lead a corporate directive to rethink the current procurement process, which resulted in a clearly defined
separation of duties among internal parties, improved validation of procured items and eliminated potential
rogue activities.
• Redesigned purchase order format to include protective language and incorporate purchase order "terms
