Manage customer material returns and coordinate credits.
Monitor drop-shipments and perform receiving functions to enable payment of suppliers.
Negotiate improved transportation rates and develop shipment documentation best practices.
Manage domestic and international traffic to provide timely deliveries at a competitive cost.
Purchase inventory or specialty packaging materials, export crating and coordinate logistics services.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, letters of credit, export legalization and mandated governmental inspection.
Provide customers with detailed cargo manifests and proof of delivery to third party consignees.
