660 bed Health System with two (2) emergency rooms, cancer center and eleven (11) free
standing clinics, with area of responsibilities that included managing over 80 employees, patient
access, pre-registration, business office, patient financial services, third party eligibility
companies and third party collection agencies.

and Attorneys.

plans.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1) Increased POS (point of service) collections from less than eight hundred thousand
(800,000) per year to over five point six million (5.6 million)
2) Established new outside finance program which increased cash flow and significantly
reduced bad debt.
