OBJECTIVES
To assist through out the litigation process to save you time and money which will help you to grow your
client list. As a consulting expert I will start with screening the case for merit, assist with interrogatories,
and request for productions. Through the screening process I can identify the types of testifying experts
needed, locate and interface with expert witnesses, and communicate with potential testifying experts. I
will stay in close communication with the attorney-client. I can write reports for you to assist with the
medical/nursing aspect of the case.

I do quality assurance performance improvement, infection control, scheduling,
staffing ratios, utilization review, review charts for accuracy and completion in
charting, and educate staff conduct in services as needed on continuing education
issues. I schedule MDS’s, complete MD recertification papers, business office
management/reconciliation forms, care plans. I do quarterly, annual, significant
changes, and Medicare part A MDS’s. Analyzing that there is a complete medical
record. Request from physicians offices history and physicals and other pertinent
paper work that is essential for providing completely informed health
management. Work closely with Director of Clinical Reimbursement to assure that
only the highest quality services are being provided to the patient.

I coordinated scheduling of up to 8 patients in the home environment that the territory
ranged from Kennett to Marble Hill to Cape Girardeau, Mo. On any given day.

between multiple disciplines, wound care, Iv care, ordering medications from pharmacy,
assuring the medications were delivered in timely manner, educated patient/family on
different disease process, how to do different dressing changes, wound vacs, pain
pumps, how they worked and when it was time to have them refilled, discharged patients
from services.
Monticello House

Oversaw nursing care of the residents, staffing, scheduling, medication orders, rounds
with physicians, and educated staff on different procedures that are necessary to care for
the patients. There was a multitude of responsibilities that are too lengthy to list here.

Staff nurse and worked the ob/gyn floor. I was charge nurse on the post-partum floor,
made assignments to other nurses, made rounds with physicians, coordinated care with
multiple departments and disciplines. I worked recovery room after delivery. I circulated
during C-sections.
