recognize by corporate auditing as an AMAZING accomplishment for my
TEAM. I was able to accomplish this by cross training all my employees
to be familiar with all operational duties, coaching each employee
daily if necessary to be able to profile all clients to uncover
opportunities to increase current households or new households. Also,
I trained my platform employees on how to fill out a personal
financial statement to help them uncover IRM opportunities to refer to
external partners. I explain to all my employees that it is truly a

. Relevant Fact: Nine plus years of underwriting (Mortgage Loan
Originator/Mortgage Underwriter) experience refinancing conventional
and streamline loans. This also included preparing reports that
determined whether the loan was approved or referred by using data to
evaluate the loan and providing messages that met documentation and
appraisal requirements. I had to determine if the correspondent was
delegated or non delegated and recommend it based on the guidelines,
documentation, and credit score. My underwriter experience (some
FannieMae, Freddie Mac, and DU & LP experience included) occurred
during my tenure with Bank of America, RBC Centura, First Citizens
Bank, Wells Fargo, Zenta and BB&T.
