Operations Administrator – concurrently functioned in all capacities listed below
Manager - Managed team of 5-8 employees responsible for A/P in Lawson, inventory
control in Galahad, scale house operations, billing unit trains, etc. Streamlining processes to
gain maximum efficiency of employees and operations. Facilitate team building initiatives to

Procurement - Responsible for procurement and administration of contractor and vendor
accounts/contracts while adhering to KM compliancy requirements. Responsible for

created employee developmental initiatives annually.
Environmental Health & Safety - Conducted EHS training for employees, maintained local
training matrix, created conditionally formatted SSP/EDC training matrix which provided status
at a glance management approach, adhered to/fulfilled Outfall Water Permit requirements by
sampling monthly, maintained permit books, oversaw Waste Tracker for
hazardous/nonhazardous waste records, etc. Managed LOTO and MSDS regional updates and

General Supervisor/Department Head Welder Maintenance 3/08 - 7/08
Managed 3 shifts of welder maintenance supervisors responsible for 60-65 hourly team
• Created/implemented line-side repair stations which increased welder maintenance efficiency
by empowering employees to support production lines while rebuilding equipment
components line side
