Foundry equipment troubleshooting on all levels... including
crane/pendant troubleshooting, plc installation and programming,
Touchscreen troubleshooting experience and ballast installation. Welding
and mechanic duties were inherited in critical production moments. Bobcat
mechanic work as well as man lift repair.
Lab Technician (12/2010 - 6/2013)

I programed and troubleshot with RS Logix 5000,500, and 5 software on
Force Variation Machines and Device Net for Dynamic Balance Machines.
Proficient with 3 phase power, motor starters/relays and contacts.
Troubleshooting motors, servo drives, photo eyes and selenoid valve coils
successfully. calibrated and repaired global instrumentation on a daily
basis. I worked as a mechanic also when needed. Mechanic duties were
changing out electrical motors and chains/sprockets on pulleys or
hydraulic actuators.

Managed a crew for the Campbell Brothers across the state building Dollar
Generals and Homes. Used blue print, power tools, safety equipment while
staying within the project budget.

Worked in the pit pouring aluminum sows and cleaning trash metal and slag
from the cooling forms. Drove forklifts and stacked cooled sows for
loading and marked them for weight and shift they were finished.

U.S. Army, Anchorage, AK
Continuous combat readiness training. I was an 60mm and 81mm Indirect
fire specialist Airborne Infantry. Team Leader for two years and Lead
Gunner throughout my service.
