> Four weeks summer training in PRO E (wildfire 4) at IDTR JAMSHEDPUR.

1. Process and final inspection.

2. Coordinate with the HOD in all the improvement and developmental

3. Record and present the reports on process and final inspection,

4. Maintain the galvanization quality as per customer requirement.

21. Maintain different types of testing required for galvanizing(such as

uniformity test,

mass of zinc,bend test, free bore test,hammer test etc) as per

customer requirement.

22. Maintain daily chemical testing of water flux, hcl acid, rinsing water&

sodium dichromate.

23. Maintain time to time calibration of measuring instrument .

24. Maintain SOP of plant.
