Oversaw all finance activities for newly acquired Silicon Valley Technology Company and First Data

tablet product initiative.

• Conducted finance due diligence for First Data Clover Network acquisition and provided

ongoing CFO support

• Led all finance activities for product launch including the establishment of an App store

• Established Clover financial reporting, implemented billing and provided significant guidance on

the overall FD integration.
