Project Manager

As the OCR Project Manager on the Carnegie 57 project in NYC, my

management responsibilities were focused on all purchaser changes to the

top 15 Floors - " The Billionaires Haven " as suggested by the NY Post.

During Pre-Construction I worked closely with the Developer, and

multiple purchaser design teams to implement the construction of their

super high-end residential customizations - 6,240 to 12,000 sf. Plans

were reviewed for constructability and completeness. Breakout

Construction Schedules were developed for concurrent execution of the

work. Budgets and Qualification Booklets prepared in cooperation with

the trades ( unions ). Buyouts and contracts negotiated. Conducted job

site trade meetings and separate CM / Owner meetings with the developer

and design teams. Conducted QA/QC site inspections. Developed RFI's,

Change Orders and Requisitions.

Dec. 2009 - Dec. 2010 China Construction America, Inc., Jersey City, NJ ( C M )

Project Manager

Management duties included the simultaneous coordination of all in-office

and on-site tasks for two NYCHA exterior renovation projects - 20 mil.

Conducted architectural design review / coordination, RFP packaging, bid

packaging, CM/client project coordination meetings, conducted meetings

with NYCHA and GC, scheduling, cost control, GC contract negotiations, QA

/ QC responsibilities, while managing a trailer office staff which

included a secretary, project engineer and two site superintendents.

Both sites completed on time and on budget.

Successfully coordinated and scheduled high-end projects from award date

through completion and close-out / sign-off. Oversaw daily field

their lobby renovations.

tile / stone mechanics, electricians, hvac mechanics, pipe

fitters, roofers, metal workers, storefronts.
