* Responsible for a team of 10, charged with annually securing more than $300 million in corporate gifts-in-kind (medicines), raising $2.8 million in major gifts, $500,000 in planned gifts and $1.8 million in direct mail/online giving.

* Lead all organizational external relations efforts including social media, print and broadcast media and also serve as MAP International's liaison with global disaster relief associations.

* Work closely with the board of directors to build major gift portfolios.

* Travel extensively throughout developing world with potential donors to cultivate and educate them about MAP programs to inspire giving.
