integration of a third party Electronic Data Management (EDM) tool, Perceptive Software’s ImageNow, with

PeopleSoft’s Accounts Payable module to provide invoice visibility utilizing document imaging, workflow

routing, customized integration, and voucher generation to reduce invoice approval payment cycle time to

less than 7 days (best practice) for 35 departments and over 300 invoice Approvers and Reviewers. Prior to

project stakeholder project approval, facilitated the creation of an Accounts Payable Operations Analysis of

current business processes and inter-company departments to identify opportunities for process redesign

integration, provision single sign on portal access for the pilot group; collaborate with Web Architects

content design and landing page development; and execute Communications of rollout announcements.

Provided to the Steering Committee; project status, communications of delivery timelines, risks and

dependencies. ePay Phase 1 project success led to subsequent project phases, to enhance functionality

and content.

Shareholder Dividend – Phase 2: Led project to customize the PeopleSoft ‘bolt on’ solution to comply with

Executive Legal counsel’s requirement to allow Senior Executives the ability to select reallocated share

offerings for stock dividend payouts. Responsibilities included analysis of stock allocations, data

Program to implement single sign on portal access for benefits eligible Cox Enterprises and Cox

Communications, Inc. (CCI) employees to facilitate benefits enrollment on the portal during the open
