routing, customized integration, and voucher generation to reduce invoice approval payment cycle time to
less than 7 days (best practice) for 35 departments and over 300 invoice Approvers and Reviewers. Prior to

current business processes and inter-company departments to identify opportunities for process redesign

withholding information to a pilot group of corporate employees. Responsibilities included managing

integration, provision single sign on portal access for the pilot group; collaborate with Web Architects
content design and landing page development; and execute Communications of rollout announcements.

dependencies. ePay Phase 1 project success led to subsequent project phases, to enhance functionality
and content.
Shareholder Dividend – Phase 2: Led project to customize the PeopleSoft ‘bolt on’ solution to comply with
Executive Legal counsel’s requirement to allow Senior Executives the ability to select reallocated share
offerings for stock dividend payouts. Responsibilities included analysis of stock allocations, data
