o Reverse Shank drill - before that we are making blanks for

reverse shank drills on cylindrical grinding machine. Faced

problem of rubout; shifted that operation from cylindrical to

centre less machine with double ended. In this operation unit get

run out maximum 2 to 3 microns and cycle time reduce to 4 times

o Parting Wheel - during cut off of carbide blanks wheel gets brake

after around 4000 blanks. The wheel is 0.5 mm thickness took

wheel with 1mm thickness which continuously runs for around 50000

blanks.
