• Managed 10 to 12 election officers for 5 elections; the setting up of the precinct for voting,
tallying of results, secured the voting machines, and closed the precinct to provide accurate
results to Arlington County’s Registrar
• Coordinated international and lead US embassy election observers for the by-election in the
Makadara constituency in Kenya September 2010
• Participated as an election observer with Institute for Education in Democracy (IED) for the by-
election in Shinyalu, Kenya
• Coordinated communications at the precinct level between the public, poll watchers, and media
regarding questions and concerns relating to election process
Logistics
• Coordinated logistical support for 20 CODEL visits to Afghanistan ensuring congressional
members and staff were able to gain firsthand knowledge of US diplomatic, development and
defense objects and achievements
• Management of staff, supplies and equipment for 5 elections in Arlington County, VA ensuring
all regulations and standards were met
• Planned and implemented the reorganization of over $1 million of product in the U.S. Embassy
Phnom Penh's expendable supply warehouse to ensure compliance with the new Department of
State's logistical tracking system and addressing Department of State’s Inspector’s General report
citing lapses in the accountability of the embassy’s expendable supply tracking system.

Monitored over $100,000.00 worth of contributions for the NBTAPAC to ensure compliance
