Support BT Radianz customers and 20 Project Manager by finalizing technical

planning details prior to project launch such as: IP addressing schemes and

router access security, Firewall security policy rules, migration and

resilience testing schedules, end to end user application testing support.

Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers

and LAN Switches.

Primary escalation contact to the customer during the service

implementation lifecycle to ensure any complex or detailed technical

queries/activities will be handled competently and swiftly in line with

customer expectations and service commitments. Manage site surveys of

datacenters and perform inspections of sites to ensure facility meets all

standards in regards to safety, redundancy and operational compliance.

Attend senior management meetings in support of migration and integration

efforts specifically coordinated the Instinet client migrations to BT

Radianz network. Created and provided detailed documentation of

installation process.

Orchestrate joint technical meetings with the customer and suppliers, to

finalize integrated service commissioning programs with the customer, as

part of the project planning process.

Supervise and support 7 junior engineers and other Radianz departments with

troubleshooting client integrations and migrations. Develop connection

guidelines and troubleshooting processes. Develop and provide

documentation for the Global Support Center and Project Managers for future

adds and or changes to existing client connections.

Interface with various Telco's to troubleshoot T1, T3, OC3, ATM, MME and

BGP connectivity issues. Provide 2nd and 3RD level support to field

service personnel during the installation, troubleshooting LAN / WAN

connectivity issues during the acceptance phase of the installation

process.
