Byron B. Coleman, LMSW, is an accomplished professional in the field of

Byron is the Coordinator for a monthly student retention workshop for the

College of New Rochelle. Prior to graduating from the Silberman School of

Social Work at Hunter College, Byron played a major role in, developing and

conduct outreach for single homeless adults and veterans. Manage four

homeless facilities, population includes but not limited to mental health

disabilities, substance or alcohol abuse, people living with HIV/AIDS.

Participate in proposal and budget development, recruit new landlords,

resolve rental discrepancies, negotiate lease terms and rental agreements.

Conduct inspections, Liaison for landlord tenant relations. Provides weekly

and monthly housing reports as required. Track new and existing units for

housing programs, process monthly reports to finance department for rental
