Formulation Industry.
This facility approved by the WHO, Ukraine, Romania (NMA- National
Medicines Agency), State Institute for Drug Control (Slovak Republic- UK)
& ISO 9001: 2008, Unicef and followed the EU GMP, UK-MHRA (mutual
collaboration).
The Formulation section is engaged in development of dosage forms - solid
& liquid orals, creams & ointments, small volume parenteral products. It
is also engaged in research in the area of modified release products like

. Formulation Development of generic solid oral dosage form including
modified release solid oral dosage form for regulatory market.
. Literature Search/ Patent Search/ Strategies preparations.
. Evaluation of Innovators overall patent situation thoroughly before
the commencement of any initial trails.
. Formulation and Development activity for Lab scale batches/ Process
Optimization & Qualification batch with proper communication with
production personals, Pilot bio-study batches.
. Execution of scale-up, technology transfer, and exhibit batches
. Preparation of MFR, BMR, Sampling Protocol, PDR and Quality Overall
Summary documents.
. Interpretation of Stability Study Reports.
. Doing stability protocol and report of pilot bio-study batches.
. Technical trouble shooting during three validation prior to
commercialize batch and discuss with production personals with
technical issues.
. Review of technical transfer documents as per raw data submitted by
R&D and any technical parameters change made after three validation
batches. Handling of Pilot batches with R&D personals, as per GMP
and discuss technical issues with R&D person to resolve.
. Handling of equipments related to granulation ( RMG, Roll
compactor), Compression, & Coating departments.
. Preparation of SOP of shop floor equipment related granulation,
compression & Packing Dept.
. Conducting of validation batches in discussion with QA personals.
. Preparation of BMR and BPR. And update logs of area, equipments etc
in shop floor.
. Man-Power handling (Operators and workers) and assign their daily
job responsibilities.
. Trouble shooting of manufacturing commercial batches.
. Co-ordination with quality control, Quality Assurance and
Maintenance department to meet the daily target production.
