PROFILE
Armed with strong and effective communication skills, I am able to organise and
prioritise effectively to proactively build a workable business structure whilst
working within the framework and objectives of any company or organisation. I
do have an entrepreneurial mindset which makes me very pro-active with a
strong work drive. I have a keen business mind so I believe time spent working
efficiently and effectively is pivotal and punctuality is significant within a working
environment and I am able to develop daily tasks to optimise productivity as well
as innovate and make things happen to meet customer satisfaction
requirements. I do have excellent interpersonal skills; I am emotionally mature,
confident, productive, reliable, conscientious, punctual, flexible, professional and
a team player.
I have spent a large part of my working life in self employment and have
experienced a variety of administrate roles while temping for agencies and
gained ample experience within the administration sector of the business; I am
very versed with the principles of business administration and would be well
suited within a company/organisation with a culture that embraces diversity and
thrives with change and a team which focuses on meeting the objectives of the
business and are always establishing standards of performance that are
constantly being met and improving at all times. It is important when working
within the organization that each employee knows where they are going and how
they’re supposed to get there. It is said that a company with great communication
is a great company with a clear direction and takes responsibility for making
ongoing process improvements and a team is a group of people united by a
common business goal, committed to achieving the companies’ objectives and
shares the company values.

Teams work together on all work related projects and help where necessary. It
doesn’t matter who gets credit for what because you accomplish everything

I provided professional and expert advice to up and coming authors regarding the
potential of their submitted manuscripts; consulting on material content and
current trends affecting their chosen subject. I was responsible for writing the
clients’ publications synopsis, the publications introduction and hard back inlay. I
also offered a book marketing and advertising service using contracted marketing
online specialist to promote the publication as well as delivering a Book W riters
Marketing Workshop which I devised for the authors to understand the business
of self publishing.
