Responsibilities: production of pre stressed hollow core plank, concrete
lintels, and elevator pads. Reading blueprints, steel drawings and design
calculations. Loading and shipping tower cranes and linkbelt booms,
breaking cylinders, quality control, prestressing cables, loading trailers,
pour details, ordering parts and materials, employee schedules/time cards,
spending analysis, ordering labs, maintenance of 50 trailers 6 HD forklifts
dumpsters excavators and all other equipment used at the plant. I hire/fire
and manage 20 employees. I am also the safety coordinator and on the safety
committee. It is my job to keep the plant running effectively and
efficiently.

Currently on salary of $107,000 a year for approximately 55-65 hour work
week

children are young adults and financially independent. Having good
medical/benefits has more priority than pay at this point.
We own a home in OC Maryland. I do not want to work in NY and commute home
