Responsibilities:

Designing of machine components required for benchmarking of the

product.

Dealing with their issues during our visit and providing with best

possible solution.

Providing telephonic technical support as well as on site.

Providing solidworks training to various customers.

Transmatix Manufacturing Co. Mumbai - from March 2013 to April 2014

‘Transmatix’ is manufacturing of high quality of planetary and special

gear box. And dealing in Electric Motors & all other types of gear boxes.

Responsibilities:

Supporting regional channel partners, generating / responding to the

enquires, Technical selections.

Advising / convincing the client and negotiating the order with best

profit margin / terms.

Successful executions of the contact, monetary realization, completing

statuary formalities, post supply services such as, on site backup du ring

installation / commissioning, if required.

ABP Manufacturing Co. Mumbai – from September 2012 to February

2013

‘ABP’ offers a board range of products & services for process control

Instrumentation & Automation. It manufactures a wide variety of

Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, and Instrumentation tube

fittings, thermocouples, Level Switches, Pressure Switches and various

other products.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Pressure Gauge assembly drawings using AutoCAD.

Reverse Engineering to develop new products: Pressure Gauge

Research and implement new jigs for pressure gauge calibration

Product planning and scheduling

Final Year Project:

Liquid Level Measurement and Test Rig.

Developed a working test rig/apparatus to be used in education to test

all the four methods of Liquid Level Measurement (Resistive, Ultrasonic,

Strain Gauge, and Capacitor).

The challenge here was that no single apparatus was available in

engineering labs to test all the methods of liquid measurement as a part

of curriculum which makes it difficult this topic. Experiencing this pain,

we developed this apparatus for our college.

Technical Skills:

Completed Certified Diploma in Product Design [Pro/E and Auto cad ]

From CADD CENTER.

Worked on software likeSolid works.

Sound knowledge of MATLAB, ANSYS, Catia

Runner-up in Kabaddi competition.[2006 -2007]
