To perform IPQA activities.

Line clearance for Dispensing, Manufacturing, primary packaging, secondary

packaging.

To carryout in process checks and reporting of tablet, oral liquid, powder dosage

forms.

Maintain the proper records of control samples and documents.

Sampling of batches as per protocol.

7

Preparation, updation of APQR and ATD data for products.

Prepare the SOP, BMR, BPR, Quality Related Manuals and Validation Protocols as

9

and when required.

10 Review and preparation of standard operating procedures with co ordination with

seniors and other departments.

11 Issuance of logbooks, batch documents and maintenance of records for issuance,

master documents

12 Issuance/ retrieval of CAPA, Change control, Deviation, Non conformance,

Incidence report.

13 Review and updation of BMR and BPR with in process checks of QA.

14 Audit faced: WHO, ISO, IPCA, MERCK, etc.

15 Aid in customer/ market complaint investigation.

16 To ensure the strict implementation of cGMP and cGLP.
