customers, resulting in a turnaround time of less than 2 hours.

• Member of project team that developed a proposal to senior management to divide the

documentation operation into small to middle and large ticket, which increased customer focus.

Responsibilities included the origination of documents for middle to large ticket leases; worked closely

• Collaborated with Risk & Asset Management department to ensure that all requests were turned
