SUMMARY
Seven years in the construction industry working as an estimating coordinator which includes logging in all
upcoming projects that the Las Vegas Office is involved in for bidding. I have worked for CPA firms and Law firms
in the Las Vegas area and have completed my B.A. in Criminal Justice from UNLV. I have exceptional
organizational skills which has aided me in performing all of the required duties that have been asked of me and
assisting those that I can help above and beyond my directed duties.
WORK HISTORY
2007-Present
Estimating Coordinator-Gerdau Reinforcing Steel (Pacific Coast Steel). Responsibilities include: Exacting all
pre and post bid information, Coordinating General Contractor proposal requests, Electronic downloads of
project documents from various construction sites, watch for all addendum, changes In bid dates and times and
cancellations and inform the Chief Estimator of all impacts to project. Assist, when required other Gerdau offices,
in coordinating estimates in their respective areas. Catalog all bid packages, whether successful or not, and
prepare them for archives and pricing history. Assist Sales Manager with pricing proposals. Handle all Job Set-
ups. Assist with all Market Retention Applications.
2004-2006
Tax Secretary- Piercy,Bowler,Taylor,& Kern. Responsibilities include: Assemble various tax returns, log all
outgoing mail, Prepare Power of Attorney forms, Draft various correspondence, Handle all stored
documentation that comes in and out of the office, answer multi-telephone lines. File all tax documents,
scanned to file all documentation for future and current clientele, Copy all client information for records.
2002-2003
Receptionist/Legal Secretary- Brian C.Tanko, Esq. Responsibilities include: Answer multi-telephone lines,
schedule appointments, handle all incoming and outgoing fax transmissions, file all legal documents, prepare
"Notice of Hearing", prepare "Certificate of Mailing", light bookkeeping, and handle all office supply orders.
2001-2002
Merchandising Manager- Bear's Best Golf Course. Responsibilities include: Increased sales in each vendor, take
monthly inventory of all merchandise, set displays for all clothing and stock located in the golf shop, answer multi-
telephone lines, and schedule reservations for golf tee times.
