laborers. Responsible for overseeing Fabrication and Welding with
Military, Aerospace and Wind Turbine contracts. Daily inventory of all
material, parts and welding supplies that included gases to ensure no
down time or delays. Monitor all employees for proper safety practices
and PPE. Review time sheets and work schedules and address as needed.
Adjust working hours and assign overtime as needed. Monitored welders,
equipment and paperwork to make sure procedures were being followed.
Preformed inspections of fit up and welds. Counseled employees and did

. Re arranged staging and holding areas to improve work flow and create
more room. This created a safer and work friendly system and also reduced
time needed to set up jobs. Supervised the building and installation of a
positioning fixture for one of the Sub Arc stations which decreased

robotic and manual welders/fitters working to ASME codes for Nuclear

records and tracking filler material issued to welders and jobs.

updating welder continuity logs. Assisted engineers and order entry in
selecting proper welding process and filler material. Controlled

Fabrication Department General Foreman
. Supervised 2 foremen a lead welder and fitter. Department included: 15
pipe and structural fitters/15 welders, brazers, repair, lazer, CNC and
manual machinist, press break, slip roll, pipe burner and laborers.
Duties included: supervision, training and spot checks for quality on all
departments projects. Attend daily progress meetings with other
