Managing the company,Maintaining the accounts with Imports and Exports shipment status reports

to buyers and overseas agents.

Buyers consolidation for verius ports

Sending weekly reports to Head Office with client visit details as well as the cargo projection for the

following weeks.

Co-ordination with the Operation Manager at C.F.S. to ensure the shipment sail on the planned

vessels visiting the regular and new clients for Exports as well as Imports movements.

I will attend ship’s to witness the discharge of Import and tran-shipment containers and also to

witness the movement of containers for restow. The seal numbers of such containers will be noted

and new seal will be fixed and report to be provided if any of the containers are found to be without

seal or with damaged seals.

We will ensure that all containers mentioned in Master List are discharged. We will tally and

supervise the cargo at the time of unstuffing of the containers at CFS and the time of delivery of the

cargo the consignees.
