Description :

JPEG 2000 is an VLSI based project which deals with the design and development of image

quality and better compression ratio by using SPHIT (set portioning in hierarchical tress). Although it can

be done by using discrete wavelet transform but it has less amount of reduction in image quality.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

• Presented a paper entitled "WIMAX" in national conference at SKD, Anantapur.

• Participated in “EMPOWERING FOURTH GENERATION PROFESSIONALS”

test.
