Summary of Qualifications . Heavy highway construction practices, traffic

and Abilities maintenance, and roadway and earthwork construction

for major projects.

. Overseeing all Grading and Underground work,

including Storm, Sewer and Water.

. Coordinating and supervising the construction

process from developmental stages through final

construction, assuring that the project completes

on time and within budget.

implementation of designs to complete project.

activities into logical steps, budgeting the time

required to meet established deadlines

. Maintaining compliance with Federal, State and

Municipalities codes.

. Managing a project to ensure it conforms to

plans, specifications and special provisions.

. Overseeing the performance of sub-contractors and

assuring that all work is completed on schedule,

coordinating work efforts between sub-contractors

and company workforce.

. Directing and verifying layouts with field

engineers and ensuring that all trades maintain the

established horizontal and vertical controls.

. Working with all parties, including Project Team,

Owners, Engineers, Designers and others who are

involved in the construction process to ensure

effective management of project.

. Maintaining production controls and verifying the

construction progress at prescribed intervals.

. Implementing and enforcing Company's Safety and

Procedure Policies.

. Skilled Operator of Trackhoe, Dozer, Rubber Tire

Backhoe, Mini Excavator and various other

equipment.
