July 2008 – July 2014 BAE Systems Business Continuity Management (BCM) Lead for company

totaling +3B in revenue, 13K employees assigned to 197 owned and leased facilities. Types of sites Mr. LaBreck executed business continuity include: 7 Ship Yards, 8 Hangers, 12 Military Installations, 5 Labs, 15 Manufacturing, 8 Integration, and many Office Buildings with Data Centers and classified space. Each facility required to maintain Planning and 59 corporate requirements throughout the year. He directed program around the United States and overseas for 60 BCMs and team members. Travel was over 5 months to visit sites and conduct various levels for business continuity and crisis management training and testing to over 2K executives and employees yearly. He worked with all functions of the senior

leadership team to maximize resilience across the enterprise. Other responsibilities included being 1 of 12 permanent members of the International, +30B in revenue, BCM Policy Group for 5 years as the Services and Products Expert. Responsibilities were working on

strategic efforts for entire company. Also, 1 of 6 members of the United States, +15B in revenue, BCM Steering Group for 6 years as senior BCM Expert., and advisor to the Sector President during an Incident and Crisis Event for 6 years. Lastly, he worked on Mergers, Acquisitions, and Business Winning activities to accommodate any risk to business during realignment or transition of infrastructure and workforce. Key performance objectives achieved yearly include: design and manage multiple company level SharePoint sites for program execution and knowledge management. With a strong financially focused BCM program, he achieved excellent ratings for 6 yearly control audits to satisfy DCAA and DCMA

requirements. He conducted 65 onsite tabletop, simulation, and live exercises yearly i.e. emergency response, incident management, business recovery, disaster recovery, and crisis management to all levels of the organization. He managed over 60 incidents per year for last 6 years with incidents ranging from power / network outage to loss of life and major infrastructure damage. Lastly, major achievements by implementing the only employee and risk incident notification solution for company, built and deployed only satellite phone management system for 148 phones around the world, built and deployed only 3 Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) trailers for the entire company. February 2007 - July 2008 BAE Systems Business Area Operations Manager for company totaling 6K employees with 500M in revenue at 60 owned and leased facilities. Duties and responsibilities were to manage all underlined functions. Business Continuity - Maintain an organization by Facility / Region. Directed 30 BC Managers to insure all 59 requirements met throughout the year. Worked with leadership to further develop the BCM program and was promoted to implement Sector level program in July 2008. Quality Assurance - (ISO 9001) 19 certified sites across the Country; directed internal organizational and

process audits throughout the year. In addition, develop corporate level QA SharePoint portal for a Process Asset Library. Project Management - Developed, implemented, and maintained methodology across the enterprise while directed training, tracking, and reporting for 60 program managers. Led all change management across community. Mission Success Events - Report corporate compliance of all program manager metrics and business critical events to corporate. Work with corporate communications for 100% compliance of report boards; developed, deployed, and maintained training. Business Process Improvement - Directed 70 Lean and Six Sigma Green Belts across the organization. Complete monthly

Additionally tasked with developing, implementing, delivering integrated business plans for 300M organization. Also, he worked as Business Area Business Development Lead when Business Winning and Proposal support needed. January 2001 - March 2003 BAE Systems Business Business Area Business Development Lead for

3K employees with 200M organization at 45 owned and leased facilities. He performed research, opportunity tracking, and proposal activities for the Business Development Director. Primary responsibilities were managing the resume database and program management system, capture lead for SeaPort-E proposal, and teamed with 50 subcontractors supporting NAVAIR work. Other responsibilities included researching personnel for upcoming proposals and assisting in the proposal process.
