Manage the development of MOX Project procedures by conducting interviews
with subject matter experts and coordinating reviews and comment
resolution. Assisted in re-building the project's measuring and test
equipment (M&TE) program and work package planning processes in response to
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) identified condition reports. Conduct
and document monthly surveillances and assessments to ensure personnel
compliance with NQA-1 (nuclear quality program) and project procedures.
Perform and document investigations to identify, correct and prevent
conditions adverse to quality (condition reporting). Areas of investigation
include vendor submittal management, material traceability, records
management, M&TE, control of government property, training, and work
control. Perform other administrative tasks as required by management,
including building organization charts and engineering logic diagrams,
writing desktop instructions, attending meetings, compiling information and
photography for the project newsletter, and assisting subject matter
experts with their assigned condition report investigations.

Developed, managed, wrote and edited for a variety of publication projects
to include print marketing materials for large companies, small businesses,
and entrepreneurs. Managed the brand development of clients and helped
establish their mission statements.

Conceptualized and managed Sashay Magazine, a national online and quarterly
print publication for affluent, artistic and philanthropic women. For
feature articles, I interviewed and wrote about such inspiring "Sashay"
women as Olympic gold medalist Shannon Miller, New York Times best-selling
author Sue Monk Kidd and America's Got Talent runner up Barbara Padilla. In
addition, I directed online and print content by developing the editorial
calendar and managing a team of freelance writers in a virtual office. My
role extended beyond managing the editorial arm, as I marketed the print
and digital magazine through online social media, networking, and
participating in community events. In December 2011, Sashay Magazine, LLC
segued into StudioSashay (see above).

Wrote, proofread and edited articles and features, focusing topics such as
health, community, local celebrities, food, art, wellness, finance, non-
profits. I also compiled/edited photography, designed magazine spreads, and
wrote promotional pieces such as the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce
Lifestyle Guide, At Home real estate guide, and Augusta Brides.

Winter 2007, Summer 2006, Fall 2005 Wrote news articles and human interest
features. Compiled briefs from press releases and various submitted
materials.
