when the moving vehicle is nearby at the radius of half a kilometre.

Project Title: Accident detection and vehicle tracking using GSM, GPS and MEMS.

Project Description :

With the help of ARM LPC2148, GPS and GSM technologies a vehicle can be tracked anywhere on

the globe. In this project ARM LPC2148 communicates with LCD, GPS module and GSM modem.

This system is place in a vehicle, which is moving. The ARM LPC2148 will poll GPS module in

prefixed intervals and sends the vehicle location information (Latitude, Longitude and Altitude) to

cemtral station over GSM network. Once the acontroller gets the data in longitude and laaatitude

format it displays the data in four line LCD and also when ever any accident occurs the MEMS

sensor detects and sends mechanical force to ARM by using GPS. As a result we get the particular

location.
