Helped treat over a 1,000 patients with a 98% survival rate.

Responsibilities included: I.V. therapy, triage, debris/closure, placing

EKG leads, BP cuff, and proper wound dressing application. Performed ~500

I.V. therapy procedures. Received two Letters of Commendation for work

performed.

USMC 3/3 Weapons Company, Kaneohe, HI - Sep 2006-Jun 2010 - In charge of

Platoon Sick Call and Company immunizations, responsible to provide medical

care for Marines during field exercises. Performed 100+ blood draws with

proper specimen handling and documentation during this assignment.

USMC 3/3 Weapons Company, Garma, Iraq, June 2007-Feb 2008 and Feb-Sept 2009

- During various patrols on three separate tours to Iraq mediated proper

treatment to 200+ Iraqi civilians for various ailments, i.e. viral

gastroenteritis, upper respiratory infections and numerous musculoskeletal

injuries.
